What is the GHL Profilux Plus II?

The GHL Profilux Plus II is an aquarium computer. It will allow you to monitor and control many aspects of your aquarium, both freshwater and marine aquariums.

This is the back of the computer. You can see the temp and level probe on the left. If you have dimmable lights you plug them into L1/L2. Or if you don't you can just assign a clock timer to do the job, then marry it up with the socket on the plug bar. The current pumps also fit inot L1/L2. Both the wave box and the stream are plugged into this interface by the use of a brown splitter. All you need to do is assign a pump to L1 and one to L2, done on the compter. S1-4 port is what connects the computer to the digital socket powerbar. You have to tell the computer that you are using a digital powerbar. If you get more powerbars then you link them from the jack socket (like a telephone plug) on the powerbar to another jack socket on another powerbar. You can see an expansion module, the one with two connector on the right. This is for Redox and Conductivity. Redox is the top one. Dead easy to insert, but with everything like this, no elephant hooves.

The other sockets DCF and RS232 are for connecting a digital clock so you don't have to program the time and the RS232 is for connection to your PC
