This page will describe the different menus available on the Profilux Plus II with Version 3.03.01 Firmware.
These are the menus on the actual controller itself and not the Profilux Control II software.

There could be as many of these as you have pH expansion cards and probes connected to the controller.
The upper case signifies that a virtual probe has been created.
